This class is for any adult ages! While enjoying the great outdoors out on the sunny beach area or a recreational park here at Panama City Beach Florida you will enjoy a one hour dance fitness class with me Zumba Instructor Ivelisse! The class is designed for beginners or intermediate. It consists of various moves and workout routines/coregraphy to target all areas in the body to reach your healthy goals or maintain your health lifestyle! The class is a follows: warm up, fast paced and low paced music, arm, leg, core workouts and finish with a cool down. You get a complete body workout!
